Shades of Hope Wildlife Refuge. 

 

Monday, November 18th arrive at 7pm. Enjoy a cup of tea and informal chat, as Kristen takes you through some simple nutritional strategies to help keep you energized during times of stress. 

Immediately following the talk, Gail Markovic, Yoga Nidra expert and teacher, will lead us through a full Yoga Nidra practice, leaving you relaxed, refreshed and at peace.

Space is extremely limited for this intimate event. RSVP required. 

There is no fee to attend. We are requesting donations for Shades of Hope Wildlife Refuge.

What Is Yoga Nidra?

This beautiful, meditative practice, also known as Yogic Sleep, is a wonderful opportunity to slow to slow down the mind, body and breath. You will be taken on a journey through your senses, your breath and your physical body. 

Yoga Nidra is performed reclined with the use of props to achieve your most comfortable position. You will leave feeling calm and relaxed, and hopefully have the most amazing night's sleep!
Our space will be softly candlelit with peaceful music playing softly in the background. Gentle massage and essential oils are offered to enhance the experience.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket. If you have a yoga bolster, please bring that, too!
Suitable for all levels. No experience necessary.
